1. Products and Material Information
All AMUAG jewelry pieces are crafted with premium, rust-resistant stainless steel. Our materials are selected for their durability and long-lasting quality. While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, please note that slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen settings or photographic lighting.

2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of clear pricing errors or stock unavailability. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase through our secured payment gateways.

Your purchases are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Proof of manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt.
  • We offer Free Return Shipping for approved defective items.
  • Customized or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
  • We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse (change of mind).

4. Shipping and Delivery
